Šovasar pirmo reizi notiks Rīgas vasaras skola, kuras laikā komunikācijas studenti no dažādām pasaules valstīm veidos oriģinālas īsfilmas par Rīgas identitāti. Vasaras skolu Latvijas Nacionālās identitātes projekta ietvaros organizē Latvijas Universitātes Sociālo zinātņu fakultātes (LU SZF) Komunikācijas studiju nodaļa un tā notiks no 14. – 20. augustam.

Tertio Millennio Seminar on the Free Society is a summer school for the first time organized in 1992 by Michael Novak, Rocco Buttiglione, father Richard John Neuhaus, father Maciej Zięba OP and George Weigl. Its main goal is to deepen dialog about a free society between students and graduates from North America and East-Central Europe. 18th edition will take place from 28th June to 15th of July 2010 in Cracow (Poland). Classes, given in English, will regard issues revolving around culture, politics, and economy.
